Way of payment

Lease of private accommodation can be paid in 3 different ways by customer's choice:

1. By credit card

 On-line payment with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Reservation can be paid on-line by choosing „card payment“ during reservation process and continue through to the secure sites of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., which is certified bank for credit cards acceptance on internet sales points.
After successful payment, you will be returned to our web site and quite soon informed about your on-line transaction per e-mail.

All payments will be transacted in Croatian kunas (HRK). The amount for which your credit card will be charged is given through transaction from EUR to HRK according to the current available rate of exchange of Croatian national Bank.
At the time of payment with your credit card from your own bank, the amount will be converted to your local currency according to available exchange rate of international credit card society.
As a result of converting the amount, there is a slight possibility of difference in amount comparing to original price mentioned on our web site.

2. Payment wit money order from abroad

Guest from abroad can pay the reservation through a bank transfer onto a foreign currency account. All bank expenses are to be paid by the acting party. All reservations not paid in full, will be considered invalid.
For reservation confirmation, we need to receive your bank order copy per fax or e-mail within 24 hours from the time of payment.
Detailed information on bank transaction will be available per e-mail.

3. Paying with bank order from Croatia

All Croatian citizens can pay with bank order in HRK in any bank, post-office, FINA or through internet banking. Details available per e-mail.

Payment schedule:

In 2 parts:
First part is reservation payment, which could vary between 10& and 50% of the total amount, depending on a type of contract that we have completed with each particular apartment owner or the agency.

Second part is the rest of the amount, which has to be paid in cash to an agency or apartment owner on the day of your arrival.

After completing the reservation payment and receiving the confirmation receipt, guest gets reservation receipt, which contains all necessary information on: paid sum, the rest of the sum to be paid at the time of arrival, information on apartment owner, booked apartment address.
