Website reserves the right to change information on this web site without any special notice.

Website guarantees the protection of your privacy when using our web site.
Website will ask from you some personal information on a few different places. Leaving your personal information is voluntary and will be used only in clearly specified purposes.
Reservation
In order to successfully realize your reservation, you will be asked some personal information (your name, address, contact phone). That information will be used only for the implementation of services (issuance of travel documents) and will only be available to service providers (hotel, the owner of private accommodation). Payment information will be available only to banks or credit card companies if payment is done with credit card.
We commit ourselves to secrecy. Collected personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, we will not use in any other purposes than specifed (our personal use in order to execute payment and make reservation).
Other information that we collect on our Website
As with most other web sites, our Website also collects information that are not only of a personal nature, but are used to analyze trends and thus enhance the level of our services. Some of the information which will be collected include: browser type and version, screen resolution, IP address etc. Collection of this information is done by „cookie“ technology, where a small amount of information is stored on your PC.
Information that you send us
If you want you can send us material that includes ideas, suggestions, photographs and texts. You are responsible that the submitted material does not contain any form of the virus. Please note that material submitted to us becomes our property.
Doing business
As a user of this Website, you can post questions for services in our offer. All offers, terms and purchase prices are subject to change, but changes do not affect the already made or paid services. Please carefully read the information about the service you are interested in. If you are not clear with specific services' details and descriptions and you need more information, please contact us. Reservation is not conducted unless you get a positive answer. Please review response to the given request, conditions for booking and reservation amount. If you have a comment or complaint, please report it prior to acceptance and payment of the reservation and your service.
Reservations and payment
Inquiries and bookings for accommodation are received electronically, by mail, phone or in person.
When booking, the customer confirms that he/she is familiar with the General Conditions of this Website and that he/she fully accepts them. In that way, everything specified in the agreement becomes legally binding for both the customer and the Website. When booking, the customer is obligated to provide all the information required for the reservation. For making reservation, it is required to pay an advance, depending on the payment, while the balance/rest is paid directly to the agency or owner, depending on the model of payment, on the day of arrival. Credit card payments – credit card will be charged for the amount stated in EUR according to the middle rate of the Netherlands National Bank on the day of charge.
In addition to the rest of the amount for accommodation, the guest on arrival in the accommodation, if it is stated by the accommodation unit, needs to pay other costs to agency or owner, such as: check-in, check-out, deposit for any damages, tourist tax, etc.
Tourist tax
According to the rules of the Website, taxes are not included in the price, unless otherwise indicated by the data on the accommodation facility or unit. Guest will pay tourist tax on his arrival to agency or private accommodation owner.
Accommodation cost
The price of accommodation includes the basic service as described in the booked accommodation unit. Special services are those services that are not included in the price of accommodation. Such services must be requested when booking.
Accommodation prices are listed in Euros. website reserves the right to change the listed price (in case of changes prices by the landlord or the agency). Guests who have paid a deposit for a reservation, the website guaranties accommodation price, stated in the calculation according to which the advance was paid. If the changes occur prior to the advance payment, Website is required to inform the customer. If more guests than previously stated, come to the specified accommodation, agency or the owner have the right to refuse guests, which haven't been previously stated in Voucher, or accept all guests with additional surcharge at the time of arrival.
The right to change and cancellation
The Website reserves the right to change the reservation in the event of circumstances which can not be predicted, avoided or eliminated. Booked accommodation can be substituted only with prior notification to the guest accommodation and of the same or higher category and at the price of accommodation at which the customer confirmed the reservation.
In cases where substitute accommodation for paid accommodation is not possible, Website reserves the right to cancel the reservation upon prior notice of at least 7 days before arrival, and guarantees a full refund of the paid amount. If there is not possibillity of an adequate replacement on the day of arrival, Website will provide information to the guest on available accommodation that is not visible on the Website and guarantees the refund the complete paid amount.
Customer's right to change and cancellation
In the event that the customer wants to change or cancel a reservation made by his request, it must do so in writing (e-mail or fax). Under the change is considered: the change in the number of people, and / or customers at least 30 days before arrival. The first change to the reservation, if possible, will be done at no additional cost. In the event that changes of the reservation is not possible, and if the customer gives up a confirmed reservation, listed below cancellation conditions apply. Change of the accommodation and any change within 30 days prior to booking and during the use of reservation, is considered as cancellation.
In case of cancellation, the advance deposit is not refundable, regardless of the date of receiving written cancellation.
If the guest does not arrive into the accommodation unit until midnight on the day of service, and has not informed the Website, the agency or the owner, the reservation will be canceled and the cancellation costs will be calculated as described above.
Website's duties
Website's duty is to care for the implementation of services and the choice of the landlord, respecting the rights and interests of the customer (guest), in accordance with the traditions of the tourism industry. Website will perform all of these obligations in full and as described above, except in extraordinary circumstances
Guest's duties
Customer is required to:
• possess valid travel documents,
• to obey house rules in accommodation units and to cooperate with the owners in good faith,
• upon arrival, the owner will submitt a document confirming the payed service (money order or voucher received by mail, email or directly given to the agency)
In cases of non-compliance with these obligations, the customer bears the cost and responsibility for damages. Confirming the booking, the customer agrees that if he/she causes any damage, he/she will pay to host on-site for all damages caused.
Baggage
Website, owner (landlord) or the agency is not responsible for damaged or lost luggage, theft of luggage or valuables in the accommodation facility. Lost or stolen property should be reported to the owner or agency and the local police station.
Complaints
If the services offered were made of poor quality, the customer can request compensation from the landlord or the agency. Each customer is entitled to make a complaint if he/she paid the service. Every customer - reservation holder, makes a separate complaint.
Treatment of the complaint:
The customer is required on the day of arrival to report at the landlord inadequate service and notify the Website. If the guest refuses to accept the solution that corresponds to the paid service, Website is not obliged to accept any further complaints (if there is an adequate alternative in the same accommodation house, guest is required to accept it). Website does not accept claims related to elements that are not part of the facility (construction work, beach cleanliness, condition of buildings in the vicinity ,...).
If the customer does not report inadequate service on the spot, he/she is not entitled to a refund.
The maximum compensation per complaint can reach the amount of the part to which complaint of the service has been made, and can not include services already used, or the total amount of the service. This excludes the right of the client in an ideal compensation of damages.
Website can not held responsibility for the inadequate presentation of the accommodation unit (from the landlord) on its Website as well as weather conditions, cleanliness and temperature of destinations, and all other similar situations and events that may cause dissatisfaction with the guest, and are not directly related to the quality of the reserved accommodation unit .
All guest's objections regarding accommodation, should be resolved directly with the landlord or the agency.
Note
Upon payment of the advance amount or the total amount, the customer fully accepts these conditions or special conditions that are listed with each accommodation unit, an accommodation facility or agency or landlord requirements.
